Grace Point Church has been engaged with the people of Leon, Mexico through a number of our members on several trips over the past few years. Working with regional missionaries, team members have engaged in door-to-door evangelism and evening evangelistic meetings during which the Jesus Film was shown. They have also worked with a local orphanage.

UPDATE on the Brumgardts in Leon, Mexico:
The International Mission Board underwent some changes as of July 1st. Mike Brungardt is now the Team Stategy Leader for not only Leon, but also to the cities of Aguascalientes, San Luis Potosi, Queretaro, and Morelia in central part of Mexico.All four of these cities are 2 -3 hours from Leon, so we are centrally located. Currently there are no missionary units living in the city of San Luis Potosi and we would ask that you pray for God to send a missionary unit to begin living and working in this city. Additionally, we would ask that God will give great guidance and wisdom to our family as we begin working with the IMB missionaries and Mexican national pastors and church planters in all five of these cities in central Mexico.
Also, several new converts will be baptized in early August and this has led to several new doors of contact being opened with our ministry. Pray these new christians will grow daily in the Lord!
