NEW CLASSES FOR FALL!
Women, we take care of everyone but ourselves. It's just too hard to find the time, isn't it? Come and get tools to lose weight, eat better, and excercise regularly. You'll be alongside women like you, who don't have lots of spare time (or perfect figures!).
DATES: September 7 - October 28 (8 week program)
"MISSION TRIP BOOTCAMP" - Tuesdays, 5:45 - 6:30 am, GPC Parking Lot: Are you looking for a fun and exciting way to lose weight, get in shape, and see results. Then Womens only Mission Trip Boot Camp is for you. This class is a traditional body weight exercise class with interval training and strength training. If you are wanting to see how hard you can push yourself then this is the class for you.
"LONG, LEAN, SKINNY JEAN" class - Thursdays 8:45 - 9:30, GPC Loft: This workout will change you! The Long Lean Skinny Jean workout is an effective workout that improves posture, tones and strengthens your entire body by using your on body weight as well as small weights and the ball. This workout creates a sculpted, long and lean body.
$15 for one class or $25 for both. NO CHILDCARE AVAILABLE.
