To be completed by the Church Representative AFTER the event is complete and you know all the pertinent details.

This form will be sent to Kari for review, then forwarded to Financial Office and Event Contact Person for payment.

You will need the FORM ID NUMBER from the initial calendar request form (check your email notification for the event, or contact web admin).

 


Building Rental Fees

GPC BUILDING RENTAL FEES

ALL EVENTS: Calculate total hours you will be in the building, including all preparation visits, set-up, and clean-up time. You will need that information as you complete the form.

Non-GPC Events (events that are not sponsored by GPC):

Worship Center/Foyer: $100 per hour (GPC members: $50 per hour)

Student Center/Foyer: $50 per hour (GPC members: $25 per hour)

 


Wedding/Rehearsal/Rehearsal Dinner: 

Warehouse: No building rental charge for GPC Members, but Personnel, Stage Cdlearing, Custodial fees, and Kitchen fees apply.

Warehouse: Non-members: $50 per hour; calculate total hours (including set-up, decoration time, clean-up time) Personnel, Stage Clearing, Custodial fees, and Kitchen fees apply.

Worship Center: GPC Members: $50 per hour; Personnel, Stage Clearing, Custodial, and Kitchen fees apply.
