Groups can serve together by formalizing serving opportunities and understanding discipleship, which includes love, abiding in God's word, and bearing fruit. The Care Portal System helps identify serving opportunities both in and outside the church. Group leaders are encouraged to delegate roles for managing these opportunities, emphasizing the importance of serving together at least once a semester and supporting one another through personal challenges.
